  • Each 50 minute session is £60, I do have some space for concessions please get in touch for more information.

  • Yes, I have experience of working with neurodivergent people, and lived experience of neurodivergence also.

  • I offer an integrative and pluralistic approach to therapy, this means that I draw from a wide range of tools and theories. Working with each client individually and collaboratively enables us to find what works best.

  • You can bring your own goals to therapy or not have any idea what you want to work on, either is welcome. Once therapy begins goals tend to become apparent, and evolve over time, we will check in regularly to make sure you are happy with how we are progressing.

  • I recommend a commitment of 10 sessions to each new client, from experience this is a good number to begin with. However each individual is free to decide the number of sessions they feel appropriate for them, this is something we can discuss in the introductory call.

  • I have a cancellation policy that clients will be made aware of, I request 48 hours notice for cancellations.

  • I do not currently take referrals from third parties, the NHS or insurance companies.

  • While there is a limit to the knowledge I have surrounding certain personality disorders and conditions, I aim to assess if I am able to work with each client individually.
