Sometimes life feels harder than it should. You might feel stuck, stressed, burnt out, or misunderstood, or perhaps the idea of change feels frightening in itself.
Having a safe, non judgemental space to talk things through can make a real difference, whether that's helping you see things more clearly, feel calmer, or simply feel more like yourself again.
Therapy asks something of you, honesty, commitment and a willingness to sit with feelings that may be uncomfortable, but you won't be doing that alone. I'll be right beside you throughout the process, and together we can work toward whatever feels most important to you, whether that's living more in line with your values, building confidence, or finding a way through something that feels overwhelming right now.
Finding the right therapist isn't easy, especially if you're already exhausted or struggling to make decisions. From my own experience, this can feel even harder if you are neurodivergent, GSRD, or have ever felt like you don't quite 'fit'. I don't work from a single approach. I take the time to get to know you, understand what you're finding difficult, and draw on a wide range of therapeutic tools to find what works best for you specifically. My previous clients have gone on to do things they didn't think possible, face challenges with more confidence, and feel better equipped to handle whatever life throws at them.
