"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

— Carl Rogers

If you've ever felt like therapy has never quite felt like it was meant for you, I'd like to gently challenge that. I specialise in supporting new parents and neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD and autism, and am a fully qualified LGBTQ+ and GSRD affirming therapist, welcoming people from all walks of life.

Because no two people are the same, we'll work together to shape an approach that truly fits you.

This is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are, and where things can genuinely start to feel different .

You don't have to figure this out alone
